It is a transfeminist organization of national scope, with 79 affiliated organizations distributed throughout the national territory, recognized by the black and LGBTI+ movements. It contributes to ensuring that black transsexuals have access to justice, monitoring cases of violence and carrying out actions to promote full citizenship and combat racism, transphobia, sexism, and religious intolerance.
