It is a civil society organization that stands in defense of women and black people, considering the disadvantages and discrimination that these groups face in accessing social opportunities due to the prevailing racism and sexism in Brazilian society. It works through training black women in communication, media, and advocacy, as well as networking for training in educommunication and empowerment of activists and institutions of social movements.
